Conde Nast Publications hired us to create some Illustrations for the “How To” section of the May 2011 issue of Wired Magazine. The topics we were given to illustrate include: How to take great self portraits, how to make crystal clear ice, and how to calculate you maximum heart rate (without vomiting). The Illustrations were also featured in GQ magazine.
SCOPE: Illustration / Branding / Strategy
We interact with brands on our mobile devices, in print, or when listening to the radio or streaming service. Brands must be creating marketing materials that are consistent, and full of value driven content. Its survival of the fittest brand.
We live to transform and EVOLVE brands into resonant, lasting icons. Before any of the creative work begins, we start by clearly identifying the unique value proposition which then informs every aspect of the creative process.
Our 2 cents. Studio updates, news headlines, and inspiration. We believe that Design is a verb, and not a noun! Design is a behavior, not a department! Design is the process of thinking made visual.
We design, print, and sometimes sell screen printed posters for bands who make music we love. They first function as ads for the events they were created for. When the curtain drops they become cultural artifacts and so much more than just ink on paper.
Let's start the conversation about how together we can EVOLVE your brand's story and create authentic experiences that make a powerful statement in world full of visual clutter and constant change.
